TDX products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. TDX takes immense pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.

  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

 

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, TDX does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

 

 

CUSTOM ITEM DISCLAIMER:

 Each of our tie dye items is handmade to order, while color combinations and patterns may be similar each garment is completely custom and no two are the same.

ARTWORK DISCLAIMER:

THE CLIENT AGREES THAT ALL DESIGNS, LOGOS, OR ARTWORK UPLOADED HAVE FULL RIGHTS AND/OR AUTHORIZATION TO USE. THE CLIENT ALSO UNDERSTANDS THAT TIE DYE XPRESSIONS CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DESIGNS PROVIDED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE CREATOR/DESIGNER.

 

THE CLIENT AGREES THAT ALL DESIGNS, LOGOS, OR ARTWORK UPLOADED ARE IN THE CORRECT/REQUESTED FILE TYPE OR FORMATS. TIE DYE XPRESSIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AND GUARANTEES NO WARRANTY FOR ANY PRINTED OR DECORATED ITEM THAT DOES NOT USE THE CORRECT FILE FORMATS (I.E.) AI, PSD, PNG, ETC, AND/OR PROPER QUALITY AND RESOLUTION.

COLORS OF TIE-DYE DESIGNED GARMENTS SHOWN ON SCREEN/COMPUTER DISPLAY MAY SLIGHTLY DIFFER AND CAN BE DARKER OR LIGHTER.

 

WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE OUR PHOTOS ARE AS TRUE TO COLOR AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, DUE TO POSSIBLE INCONSISTENCIES IN VARIOUS MONITORS, DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY, AND DYE VARIATIONS, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE COLOR YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN ACCURATELY PORTRAYS THE TRUE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT. SCREEN IMAGES ARE INTENDED AS A GUIDE ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE REGARDED AS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

 

DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS, A MOCKUP WILL BE SENT PRIOR TO PRODUCING A PERSONALIZED CUSTOM ORDER THAT WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE CUSTOMER BEFORE WE PROCEED. ONLY AFTER APPROVAL AND RECEIVING THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT WILL YOUR ORDER GO INTO FULL CUSTOMER/CLIENT’S FINAL PURCHASE/BALANCE. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE START of the ORDER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT TO INSPECT THEIR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL OF THEIR DELIVERY AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT. THE CUSTOMER IS EXPECTED TO PHOTOGRAPH ANY DAMAGE TO PACKAGING OR DEFECT TO THE ITEM AND EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE @support@tiedyexpressions.com.
