  • Do you offer rush orders?
    Not all orders are eligible for rush order service, eligibilty is based on the type of service being requested, size of order, and how busy we currently we are. Any client/customers needing their order within 48 hours - will be assessed a rush order fee.

    T-shirts, hoodies, sublimated items, accessories.
  • What is Tie Dye Xpressions (TDX)?
    TDX is a custom apparel company that provides hand made tie dye t-shirts and hoodies that can be personalized with our design services to fully customize and make your item your own.
  • What services do you offer?

  • What is your Return/Refund Policy?
    FOR CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: All handmade/crafted items that are personalized with your custom-requested colors, personal information, logo(s), or custom-printed design(s) are not eligible for return or refund. In the instance that the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you will be required to contact the customer service/orders department via email at support@tiedyexpressions.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) with a picture of the defect or damage. After review, you will be contacted to discuss the options for repair or replacement if it is determined that the reported defect or damage existed at the time of manufacture. FOR PRE-MADE INVENTORY (READY TO SHIP/PRINT): All pre-made items are subject to exchange if there is a defect in the garment itself (or incorrect sizing), all items being returned must be returned unworn and unaltered. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving their order. Due to the fact, that no item is the same as the same as the next and each is fully custom if a return is initiated customers can opt for a store credit or an exchange for another item with the same or similar price.
